1. Free Global Shipping
We offer free shipping to selected countries and regions for eligible orders — primarily for full 3D printer units. Orders with accessories, or shipping to remote or unsupported regions, may incur shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
Important: Final shipping costs depend on your delivery address and will be shown on the checkout page before payment.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by warehouse location and destination:

3. Shipping Methods
We work with logistics partners like FedEx, UPS, 4PX, and China Post. Orders will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse (US, EU, AU, CA, or CN). If your local warehouse is out of stock, we will ship from our China warehouse.
4. Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note it may take up to 72 hours for the tracking to update. You can also view tracking updates in your account order history or contact us at service@flsun3d.com.
5. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items (e.g. printers and accessories), we may split it into multiple packages to ensure timely delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number.
6. Delivery Issues & Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Losses due to incorrect address or contact details will not be covered by FLSUN.
- If an order is canceled more than 1 hour after payment, return shipping fees may apply.
- Orders are considered accepted if no issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.
- For high-value orders (over $400), ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package.
7. Shipping Limitations
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Each order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
8. Duties & Import Taxes
For select countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, and EU regions, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping—no extra duties will be charged at delivery. In other countries, import taxes may apply based on local customs policy.
9. Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, or incorrect address. If tracking has not updated for over 3 business days, please contact our support team.
10. Refused Delivery
If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
11. Optional Shipping Insurance
We offer optional third-party shipping insurance at checkout. This insurance provides extra coverage for damage or loss during transit.

- Claims: Claims are processed by the insurer according to their policy terms.
- Support: We will assist with claim documentation if needed.
