1. Overview

Welcome to the official FLSUN website and store (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). The Site is operated and owned by FLSUN (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "FLSUN") and provides product information, online services, and technical support. By accessing or purchasing products from our Site, you agree to read, understand, and fully accept these Terms of Service (including any referenced or linked policies, terms, etc.). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please immediately cease accessing and using the Site and services.

FLSUN grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the accompanying software solely on the legally purchased FLSUN product. You may not resell, rent, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise use the software in any unauthorized manner.

3.2 User Obligations

You may not develop third-party products or services based on FLSUN technology.
You may make backup copies of the software but are prohibited from distributing or sharing it over a network or across multiple devices.
The software may be permanently transferred along with the device in a one-time transfer, provided the recipient agrees to these Terms and does not retain any copies.
You are prohibited from circumventing, deactivating, or interfering with any copy protection mechanisms or DRM systems in the software or product.

3.3 Content and Compliance

All usage must comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, particularly those related to copyright, privacy, and cybersecurity.
You must have legal authorization or ownership rights for any content you display or process using FLSUN devices. FLSUN assumes no legal risk or liability arising from such content.

4. Intellectual Property and Rights Reserved

FLSUN and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights to the content of the Site, product software, design interfaces, functional logic, and related technologies. Except as explicitly permitted by these Terms, you may not use, copy, or transfer any rights to these materials.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

We strictly comply with applicable data protection laws, including the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China". Please refer to our "Privacy Policy" page for detailed information.

If you agree to participate in product improvement, we may collect anonymous usage data and logs for analysis and optimization purposes. The data will be anonymized and may be transmitted to servers within and outside China.

6. Updates and Upgrades

FLSUN is committed to enhancing product experiences by providing software updates and security patches for up to 5 years. Updates include system functionality improvements, security fixes, and model compatibility enhancements. We recommend you install updates promptly to avoid performance or security issues.

7. Services and Features

FLSUN products support cloud-based services, including but not limited to remote monitoring, remote printing, device health checks, and print error detection. Some features may vary based on device model, region, or network availability. We strive to maintain service stability but cannot guarantee absolute reliability.

This Site may link to third-party platforms or services. We do not take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external sites, nor for any transactions between you and third parties. We recommend reviewing their privacy, return, and liability policies beforehand.

9. User Content License

By submitting technical suggestions, ideas, or other feedback to FLSUN, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and republish such content without further notice or compensation.

10. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using the Site or services for any illegal, unethical, or network-harming purposes, including but not limited to spreading malware, infringing on others' rights, harassment, impersonation, data scraping, or interfering with normal site operations. Violation of these activities may result in suspension of services or legal action.

11. Termination Clause

You agree to comply with Chinese and relevant international laws and regulations when using or exporting FLSUN products.

These Terms are effective as of the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with significant changes being announced via notifications or email. Continued use of the Site or products constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute, both parties should seek amicable resolution; if unresolved, either party may bring the matter to the court with jurisdiction where FLSUN is registered.
