Thank you for choosing FLSUN 3D printing products. To protect your rights and ensure excellent after-sales service, this warranty statement clarifies warranty process, return & exchange policies, and repair services. The following applies only to individual consumers.

1. Warranty Support Documents

Please keep your FLSUN product purchase invoice, receipt, and related documents properly as important proof to enjoy warranty services.

2. Scope of Warranty Service

FLSUN promises free repair, replacement, or return for product failures caused by manufacturing defects or quality problems. Policies are as follows:

  1. Returns and Refunds: Within 14 calendar days from receipt, if there are serious manufacturing defects or shipping damage, returns can be requested.
  2. Exchange Service: Within 30 calendar days from receipt, if product damage is due to quality issues or wrong shipment, exchanges can be requested.
  3. Repair Policy: Free repair service is provided during the warranty period for manufacturing faults.

3. Warranty Period

Standard warranty for all FLSUN 3D printers is 12 months from purchase date. Some consumables and wear parts (e.g., nozzles, print beds) have 3-month warranty. Local laws may provide different minimum statutory warranty periods.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty will not cover:

  • Failure to provide valid purchase proof or if proof is altered or forged.
  • Damage caused by use of non-official accessories, consumables, or firmware modifications.
  • Human damage, accidents (drops, water ingress, voltage anomalies).
  • Minor wear or scratches that do not affect function.
  • Failure due to incorrect use or maintenance against FLSUN instructions.

5. Application Process

All warranty and after-sales requests must be submitted by emailing the FLSUN service mailbox:

Please provide your purchase proof, product serial number, issue description, and relevant photos/videos when submitting.

After customer service review and confirmation, FLSUN will guide you through the return process and further services.

6. Packaging and Shipping

To avoid shipping damage, please use the original packaging or FLSUN-approved packaging materials when sending products.

Warranty may be voided if damage is caused by improper packaging.

Before returning products, ensure packaging is intact and obtain authorized FLSUN return address.

7. Liability Limitation

FLSUN is not responsible for indirect losses or commercial damages caused by product use.

Repairs outside warranty period may be subject to paid services based on specific conditions.
